4 Ways To Improve Your Health

  1. Nutrition
  • What you eat is the single most important factor in improving your overall health and body composition goals. Try to focus on nutrient dense, whole foods such as fruit and vegetables and also allow yourself a treat or two to maintain sustainability. 🙂


  1. Exercise
  • There are so many benefits to exercise such as improving your heart, physical and mental health. Try and find any exercise that you love and stick to it. For me, I love to switch it up between weights, boxing classes and walking.


  1. Sleep
  • Good quality sleep is so important to ensure you are ready to reach your goals for the day ahead. Poor quality sleep can have you feeling groggy and unmotivated. For these reasons it is essential that you get the recommended 7 to 9 hours of good quality sleep per night.


  1. Water Intake
  • Most adults need about 2 litres of water per day. Water keeps you hydrated, it can help you feel full and may help you maintain clearer skin. Aim to start your day with 1 to 2 glasses of water to set yourself up for a successful day ahead.
