    This planner was genuinely a game changer for me! I had got complacent and just lazy about exercise and the knock on effect of that was lazy with food choices. I can honestly say this was money well spent it brought me back to being in control again of everything not just food and exercise but my moods and sleep and a lot of the time I was realising that patterns reflected my mood and that it was up to me to change that with better food and exercise choices. I hands down did manage to get all of this from the Kismet Planner it made me accountable, organised, in control and most amazingly healthy and moving for 12 weeks. I loved that there was room for your own notes too a personal favourite being a motto I adopted over the 12 weeks: feed to fuel, I wrote it in my diary every single day for the 12 weeks as a trigger to make good choices, and it worked 90% of the time. Kismet will definitely be a repurchase for me.
